It was cold with a biting south wind, so when I asked him for some help regarding a photo project, he was not sure, then he decided yes he would help, I could tell from our short conversation he was sympathetic to artistic pursuits. View On White for a better larger view

I waited and waited, and then she came along, with I thought, just the right coloured jacket. I disclosed my plan, and took the photo from across the road, and then made hand signals that I was happy, and she went on her way. View On Black, it is larger

She was coming down Hawker Street, I thought yes, she did not mind, but she did insist on looking at the LCD screen before continuing her way down Majoribanks Street. Larger

When I interrupted his morning walk and asked if he would stand here while I took a photo, he chuckled at the idea of it, and stood there in a sort of good natured way. See it larger; View On White

He was very hungover, it was Saturday morning, but he was okay for a minute being photographed. I said could you just stand here, I like this wall, and the bits of posters, and be hungover, that's fine. View On Black is really good for this one.

I asked her for a small favour, to stand on this corner, I said the light here is special. She stood facing away from me, I asked if she would turn towards me, she turned her head. I took just the one photo, did not want to make a big deal. She did not ask why, we left it at that. View On Black, it's bigger and better.

I asked if she could spare a moment, "How long, I',m going to work", she said, "only twenty seconds" I replied. I believe I actually took about 10 seconds, as I was ready to go when she came along. A closer look here; View On White

There does not appear to be too much of interest in this vacant lot, it has been this way for a couple of years. I did photograph around here once before. When this man came along I thought it would be good to photograph once again. Would be good to zoom in here and View On Black
