I googled albert park auckland, and there seems to be about a million images, sorry to have added to them, but I guess just about everything has been photographed before.

just another walk ...
... to see grassy slopes, running hounds, and a few trees with little substance.

the five things I have seen by walking in the hills
Sunlight on steep peaks, and it was soon to be dark, I had seen enough.

the pros & cons of walking in the hills
There is not that much to see except maybe strange plants, impenetrable scrub, No 8 wire, the odd fence post. Through one may encounter a fellow rambler or even a fitness fanatic.

walking where the manuka & gorse grow wild
I seem to be drawn to the country side as the years go by, don't know why.

a walk on the farm ...
… above wellington, trying to make sense in a visual way of cow dung, grass, scrub, fences, the odd steer, and a rabbit.

jungle pictures
After a couple of visits to the local park I wondered what New Zealand looked like before we cleared the land and turned it into a dairy farm.

exploring dark damp places in the park
I feel this is a tentative start, when photographing a new subject it takes a while to see if it will stick around. It is a something I wanted to do 30 years ago but didn't get around to it ….

looking at nature
Sometimes my mood changes and I just want to get away from crowded streets and have a walk in the park. Nature can be a little tedious and boring if too much, but than again I photograph mostly the things that I like to look at and I do like looking at trees.

b-sides
I am at a crossroads … not sure of what direction… there could be a landscape mood coming on… while I am in the valley of indecision I have searched through to see what I can find ….

photographs of a small town ….
…. on the northern most edge of the Wellington district. Otaki has population of 5,466. 64% are European, 34% are Maori, 3.6% Pacific people, 4% are Asian, other ethnicity 9.5%. I didn't see many of them at all.
