I have been shooting more frequently with black and white in mind, actually I have been going back to my urban themes and taking it to another level by going out when the sun has gone for the day. It might be that I have been thinking of Daido Moriyama. I have one of his books “Shinjuku 19XX-20XX” . It is one of those books that I often get down off the shelf, I recommend it if you like a gritty sort of urban theme and not too particular about high resolution detail as the photographs are very grainy and often blurry.
