...go together for sure, or if one does not like to think, then an ipod may be the way to go. I don't know why I wrote that, just a random thought. He knew I was taking the photo, and he was OK with that. See it larger here: View On White

She stopped with a big smile then without further ado walked briskly on her way. I too walked quickly home for coffee and breakfast.

warm morning
The sun was out, but now "summer has almost gone". This women was walking by while I was looking at this small patch of light. I had photographed it before, here, I asked her to stand for a moment while I photographed it again. See it larger and on a black background here: View On Black

walking the terrier
I am continuing with familiar places, but adding some new people. This morning I had only the option of asking people passing by to stand in the patch of light. I told the woman, I liked the dog, and she then said I could take a photo.

bucket fountain & tattoo
The bucket fountain is an often photographed "Cuba Mall" icon. I have been hesitant of doing more of the same, but for me everything is always more interesting with a woman and tattoos.

coffee & "the sunday times"
I was out having breakfast with my daughters and saw this man alone, silhouetted against the morning light. I went over and asked him if it was okay to take a photo as the light was nice, he seemed surprised that I would want to and said "thats fine:. I showed him the image on the camera LCD, and he wrote his email address on a table napkin, saying "please send me the photo".

familiar territory
I am visiting all the regular spots where one usually finds a subject and a patch of light, but this time round I am wanting to add something, like two girls obviously waiting.

The light was not great but I found the subject interesting, I asked the women if it was ok to take the photo, she said yes, and then she asked "did i have a screwdriver with me".
